We carefully pack every jar of Panjeeri to make sure it reaches you fresh and safe.

However, if your parcel arrives damaged, wrong, or opened, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The seal was broken upon arrival.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with a photo or short video of the issue.
